I'm using 2.18 and i'm trying to get NewtonCollisionClosestPoint and it works fine with normal Collision primitives but not with compound Collisions objetcs.
And the function return me cero. I searched the forum and didn't find something related.
It could be a bug, or it isn't posible to do that.

There was a bug report about convex cats on compound collisions.
viewtopic.php?f=9&t=5740convex cast and closest point are different flavors of the same function, it is possible that it is broken for compound collision in 2.18
I have a test case that I will chek this weekend and see what it is.
