custom6dof.h case incorrect

custom6dof.h case incorrect

The custom6dof.h file has the capitilization wrong on the file name or the include statements, causing it to fail compilation on Linux.

the file name is dCustom6dof.h and that's how is used every where
#include <dCustom6dof.h>
no sure how you got that error.
