Use some Christmas rice lights sticked to your body and record the motion with a web camera. Then analysing the video(bitmaps) and seraching the red(for example) pixels, you can set positions of the skeleton joints.
There are programs that allows you to align skeleton of a 3D character to an underlying video with a man articulating.

that's more like the traditional motion capturing approach.
it has many disadvantages though. it's much more laborious and expensive, you need a lot a space (a studio), cameras from different directions, automatically tracking the dots in the video isn't really easy and i don't think there are usable free software solutions which are specialized for motion capturing,...
a cheap to build motion capturing suit with wii sensors would be much nicer.

Version 1.1 Testing help
below is a link to the installer for version 1.1. if anyone who has a moment could please try installing it, and let me know if there are any problems I'd really appreciate it. I'd like a few confirmations that I haven't forgotten anything before I release this version! thanks---

Great game, I tested it and it made no problems. It's really fun to jump around, but I always forgot the trick names
(the "Show Me" function is great
).

cool game, worked fine, but one time, I stucked in the air, and reseting got even worse, moved me from left to right, but when I relase R, I was still in the air, two feets above tramp, then, when reeting again and again I falled from the trampoline through the ground just stright to hell
I cannot tell how I did it to stuck, but what is important is that RESET was not working... But I use to break every toy, don't worry....
EDIT: you are lucky
I have proof-screenshot here:
