Up to date OgreNewt

Postby N_K » Sun Jun 03, 2012 3:33 pm

Hello everybody,

Sorry if this isn't the right place to ask, but I came here since the official OgreNewt forum is completely dead, the original SVN version is old, and does not build at all with any recent version of Newton (and with recent versions of either MSVS or MinGW). However, it seems that there are some expert people around here who use Ogre, so could somebody please share an up to date/modified version of OgreNewt?

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

I've got an ogrenewt working with newton 3 if you want, but I replaced Ogre::Node references to objects of my own engine. I'm busy right now but I might create a new branch for Ogrenewt for newton 3 in a close future.

Thanks for your reply.

It would be very helpful if you could give me/us your custom version. Even if I'm not using Newton 3 (I'm using 2.35), I could take a look at it, and use some parts of your code to fix the current non-working version I have.

Thank you! I'll try to fix the old version using parts of your code.
