Should we use core library or dNewton?

Postby Colin » Sun Jan 25, 2015 5:54 pm

Hi,

I have been observing the Github repo, and it seems that dNewton reimplements much of the functionality found in core. The core lib has been updated more recently, although that can mean very little.

Which one should we use?

Thanks!

dNewton is actually a c++ wrapper around newton that provides some additional functionality that shouldn't be part of the core library.
So if you want to use dNewton you also need to link it with the core library, but you can use the core as is.
In our engine we just use the core and wrap everything in our own way.
