NewtonBodyGetOmega

Postby nathanf534 » Tue Jul 13, 2010 11:58 pm

I want to get the omega for the roll axis, yaw axis, and turn axis, but the values returned from this function don't seem to be exactly what I want. I rotated it to local space and the values seem to be correct if I only rotate on 1 axis. Once I start rotating on 2 or 3 the number get a bit random. Im hoping there is some formula to get what I want from this?

Thanks in advance.

omega is returned in global space - not local space.

I already said I converted it to local space.

Then how did you transform it? did you unrotate it properly?

ok, that seemed to be the problem. I tried using a different method to rotate it, and its working fine now. Thanks
