This happens when compiling newton 200 under vs2010 in 2.33 and latest svn
Working on an MMORPG powered by Newton Dynamics.

I rarelly build visual studio 2010 after Microsoft did what the did to Bash build process and they still had not fix it.
anyway, I just added those files to the 2010 project, if you sync to svn it should be fine now
