Latest builds missing "dgThreadProfiler.h"

Hi Julio,

Just a heads up that in the last couple of versions(SVN 1841 and 1842) , the vs2008 projects won't compile cleanly because "dg.h" is trying to include a missing header "dgThreadProfiler.h"

Oh I gorget to add that to the project. you cna remove for the VS project temportallity.
That is pat of the Visual debugger. By I do not think I added there either, I do it tonight.

I am doing the visual debugger, so that we can get rid once on for all of debugging and the inability to reproduce bugs.
Bascailly the visual debugget will start as the SDK sanbox without the demos and I will depart from there.
