how to lower the contact force

i have two object of the same material colliding.
How to lower their contact force?

Or another solution to my problem will be to forbid the body to exceed given velocity.

but if you wany to do it you can make a material and in the call back you can change the contact normal acceleration.
I do not recomend it unless you know well what you are doing, if you do that the bodies will must cernally interpenetrate.
