Do we need to destroy Joints, Bodies, Collisions, ...?
Need this answer specially for Joints.

yes there are function for that.
if you destroy a body and the body is connected to a joint, the joint gets destroyed.
the body and the joint has OnDestroy callback notifications.
on exit all joints , all bodies and all collision shape are destroyed.
