Compound collisions

Hi,

this documentation seems a bit outdated to newton 3

Can you please update it?

Same for applications/tutorials/doc where there are old functions like newtonsetworldsize

world size is another change in newton 3, it is now open world, as opposed to a finite world in previuos versions

The current problem is that I create a box with 10000x1x10000 and mass 0, but objects are falling through it.
But the objects are also falling through the compound collision which i create with NewtonCreateCompoundCollision, NewtonCompoundCollisionBeginAddRemove, NewtonCompoundCollisionAddSubCollision and NewtonDestroyCollision.
It all worked before and the only thing I changed was removing the setworldsize call and updating the createcompound behaviour.

since you are having so many problem with core 300, can you try some thong eassies first.

Try placing a small box on top of the large box, see if that works, there is a demos like that in thie tutorial, whis is in teh SDK and is convered to core 300
