Juleo,

what coordinate system should the point be in from the
NewtonBodyGetPointVelocity (const NewtonBody* const bodyPtr, const dFloat* const point, dFloat* const velocOut)

Should it be relative to body transformation matrix or relative to global coordinate system?

the should be point is in global space
