Hi JerneJl,
if you are still around.
I am trying to upload a document file to the website and is has been a nightmare.
In the pass I use Filezila to browse and upload files to the site and get a link that I can post.

It has been many years since I did that, so maybe I miss some important step.
the thing is that I manage to connect but I got this mage, which show all the file encrypted
I log in GoDaddy and follow the instructions, but every step I did, I made things worse and worse.
anyway, I went to support and the fix the problem.
I think that all those certified are UpToDate and I can make backups.
edit:
I did see the file structure when I went to GoDaddy File Manager.
I also managed to upload the doc.
but the problem I have with that tool is that is very crude.
after Loading a file, you do not really get download link, like it is the case with filezila.
Filezila and I guess any other serve file manage will be better than GoDaddy tools.

This can also be verified on various SSL checkers. Results for some of these SSL checkers show that your website has passed all SSL checks:
the website is back online and now GoDaddy does not who any risk of deficiency, however I still can see the file directory in filezila.
but GodDaddy does not cover that area.
also, they mention that my site still uses PHP 5.4 and that sometime soon they will stop supporting that, that I need to go to the later version soon, but they do not support that either.
I click change to version 8.x and it was a disaster.
It seems they restore back to sometime before I made the change.
The problem is that it appears that the later PHP does not support sql, so it is not a trivial update.
that what I understood from what I read and what they said in the support.
So, if you read this,
I wonder if you have some insights.
I am actually scared to mess around with options in GoDaddy without know what I am really doing, since it seems any slight change can have serious repercussion that you only discover aft ethe fact.
